Question: Tell me about your Returns policy
Answer: Goods may be returned for an in store credit, providing the goods are in their original packaging, unused and in new condition and have not been ordered in especially. Any costs incurred in sending/returning the goods will be the customer's responsibility. Our carriers require notice within 24 hrs of receiving goods damaged in transit. Note before signing for receipt of delivery - check for damage or sign 'STI' (subject to inspection)Most carriers Proof Of Delivery signature is in a box "Recieved in good condition".
Question: Tell me about your Warranty policy
Answer: All goods are guaranteed by ourselves and the manufacturer of the goods.Warranty periods vary according to product. Warranty claims in most instances will be handled by the manufacturers agents in the customers home state. Warranties only apply to goods supplied within Australia.
Question: When can I expect to receive the goods
Answer: (National order) Delivery time varies within our vast country, even the most remote parts should recieve delivery within 7 to 14 working days. Adelaide and Melbourne are usually within 24 Hrs, Sydney 2 days, Brisbane Hobart & Perth 4 days, Darwin 8 days and Nhulunbuy and Pannawonica 14 days. Contact us if the goods are required earlier. Should there be a delay in supply, the customer will be notified. Same day delivery is available anywhere in Australia but is very expensive. All goods are insured for loss or damage in transit.
Answer: (International order) We use TNT or DHL Airfreight service mostly or Seamail for non urgent (if requested)delivery.

Question: Is it secure to put my personal details and credit card number on the order form
Answer: The order form is insecure. Because your privacy is our priority we try to make sure that the personal information you submit to us online remains strictly confidential. We tried to ensure your protection with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which scrambles your data, so that it is unreadable by third parties but failed to implement it properly. We keep your e-mail address in our database, which can be removed by request.
